Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Portugal (European Union).
Do you ship to my country?
We do our best to ship worldwide. You can check whether we currently ship to your location by opening the country and currency selector in the green banner at the top right of our website.
If your country is not listed, or if all products appear as “Out of stock”, it means we do not yet have shipping options configured for that destination. Please reach out if you'd be interested in us adding your country to our list.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer an Economy Shipping option for most shipping destinations. These shipments are sent via the postal service network. Once they reach the destination country, they are handed over to your local postal service.
Because they use the postal network, they have an unpredictable delivery timeframe: they may arrive in 3–4 business days, or they may take up to 1 month.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with a link to a tracking website, 17track.net, which in most cases lets you track both our local postal service and your local postal service for the most up-to-date information on your package.
For any delivery issues, we suggest reaching out to your local post office first, as they are best placed to help.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We’re just as excited as you are when buying online, so we make sure your order moves through our system as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
- We typically ship orders every Tuesday and Friday.
- If any unexpected delays occur, we will proactively contact you.
- Pre-order and backorder timelines are always shown on the respective product pages.
Do you offer free or discounted shipping?
We're currently experimenting with the following shipping offers:
- Free global shipping on orders over €150

Do you collect customs fees or import taxes?
We do not collect customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes for any destination outside the European Union.
If your country applies import charges, your local customs office will contact you directly with the exact amount due before delivery.
You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by your local authorities.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
First, please check the tracking page provided with your order for the latest updates and check for any customs notifications from your local authorities or carrier. If your order appears significantly delayed or you believe it may be lost, contact us through our contact form or by email at sales@federalconcepts.eu and we’ll help investigate.
Can you combine multiple orders?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to combine separate orders. Once an order enters our processing workflow, it moves through the system individually, and pulling it out to merge with another order isn’t efficient or reliable. Each order will be shipped separately in the order it was received. Please double-check your cart to make sure everything you need is included before completing checkout.
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, please contact us through our contact form or by email at sales@federalconcepts.eu. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This guarantee applies only to the original buyer and proof of purchase may be required.
If the defective product was purchased through an authorized reseller, please reach out to that retailer directly, as they will handle the return under their own policies.
For all other situations, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Portuguese/EU consumer law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

When will the item I want be back in stock?
Restock timing can vary depending on manufacturing and supplier availability. The best way to stay updated is to use the restock notification button on the product page. Once the item returns to stock, you’ll be notified instantly by email.
Can I cancel a pre-order or backorder?
Pre-order and backordered items are a way to reserve sought-after products.
We order specific quantities to fulfill these requests, so a cancellation can leave us holding extra stock that may be difficult to sell. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind before reserving.
That said, your rights come first: as EU law provides, you can cancel a pre-order or backorder for a full refund at any time before it ships, and once delivered these items carry the same 14-day right of withdrawal as any other item.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No, unless items are returned damaged or used.
Are your parts drop-in compatible?
Our parts are designed and tested with careful consideration for compatibility. We typically note any known compatibility issues directly on the product page. However, tolerances may vary and some fitting may be required.
Do you offer bulk purchasing?
