This website is operated by FEDERAL CONCEPTS, a sole proprietorship (Empresário em Nome Individual) registered in Portugal and owned by Gil Martins Andrade.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FEDERAL CONCEPTS. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below, along with our policies on shipping, returns, and privacy.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors. Please read them carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the site or use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the site means you accept those changes.
1. Commercial Policy
1.1 Our products are sold exclusively to individual customers for personal use.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with this policy.
1.3 Customers must provide accurate contact information and agree to be contacted if needed.
2. Ordering
2.1 To place an order:
- Add products to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Choose shipping & payment method
- Confirm your order
2.2 A purchase is confirmed when payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Prices & Currencies: Product prices are shown in your local currency based on your location or selection. VAT is included where applicable. Your final amount is confirmed at checkout and may vary slightly due to exchange rates and payment processor fees.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3.3 We accept all payment methods displayed on our website.
3.4 Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We ship to most locations in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, and a few other countries.
4.2 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise. After dispatch, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method.
4.2.1 Estimated delivery times begin on the nextbusiness day after you receive your tracking number email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
4.2.2 Pre-orders & backorders: Pre-order and backordered items are marked on product pages and may take additional time to arrive. Shipping estimates begin once the item reaches our warehouse.
4.2.3 Economy Shipping: We offer an Economy Shipping option for most shipping destinations. These shipments are sent via the postal service network.
Once they reach the destination country, they are handed over to your local postal service. Because they use the postal network, they have an unpredictable delivery timeframe: they may arrive in 3–4 business days, or they may take up to 1 month.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with a link to a tracking website, 17track.net, which in most cases lets you track both our local postal service and your local postal service for the most up-to-date information on your package.
For any delivery issues, we suggest reaching out to your local post office first, as they are best placed to help.
4.2.4 Automatic offers: The following shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout:
- Free global shipping on orders over €150
These discounts apply automatically and in the Euro currency.
We reserve the right to modify or remove these offers at any time. However, this will never affect an order that has already been placed and paid for, unless fraud or abuse is detected.
4.3 Delays due to customs, holidays, or supplier lead times are beyond our control.
4.4 We may ship available items separately if others are delayed. You’ll be notified if this happens.
4.5 Customers must inspect packages upon receipt.
4.6 Pre-order and backordered items are a way to reserve sought-after products. We order specific quantities to fulfil these requests, so a cancellation can leave us holding extra stock that may be difficult to sell. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind before reserving. That said, your rights come first: as EU law provides, you can cancel a pre-order or backorder for a full refund at any time before it ships, and once delivered these items carry the same 14-day right of withdrawal as any other item (see Section 6 below).
4.7 If your order has not arrived within 21 business days from the estimated delivery timeframe for your region, please contact us at sales@federalconcepts.eu. Claims for missing or undelivered orders must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. We may be unable to resolve issues reported after this window.
5. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the time of delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds
6.1 If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, per DL n.º 24/2014 (as amended), in accordance with Portuguese law. You may also cancel any time before your order ships, for a full refund.
6.2 To withdraw, use the withdrawal form in the footer of our website ("Withdraw from purchase"), or send us any clear statement, by email at sales@federalconcepts.eu or through our contact form (located at the bottom of the website). We'll confirm receipt by email.
6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or does not conform to the order, in which case we cover return costs and offer a refund or replacement. Please send returns back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.
6.4 You are free to inspect items as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any loss in value from handling beyond that, which we may deduct from your refund. Please return items in their original packaging where possible and do not use the product packaging as shipping packaging.
6.5 We refund the product price within 14 days of being told you wish to withdraw. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned item, or you provide proof you've sent it back, whichever is earlier.
6.6 Pre-order and backordered items can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment, and are eligible for the 14-day withdrawal once delivered (see Section 4.6 above).

7. Warranty & Legal Guarantee
7.1 For customers in the European Union, our products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection law (DL n.º 67/2003, updated by DL n.º 84/2008 and DL n.º 84/2021). In the third year, you may be required to prove the defect existed at the time of delivery. Purchases made before January 1, 2022, are covered for 2 years.
7.2 For customers outside the EU (including the U.K., U.S., Canada, Australia, and others), we offer a 1-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided voluntarily and does not affect any rights granted under local consumer laws, where applicable.
7.3 Warranty does not cover consumables, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
7.4 If eligible, we will repair or replace the product at no cost, and refund return shipping if applicable.
7.5 If the defect is not covered, repair may be offered at a cost.
7.6 We reserve the right to reject claims that don’t meet legal or warranty conditions.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
8.1 Promo codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers.
8.2 Misuse may result in cancellation of the discount and your order.
9. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Pre-orders and backorders will be fulfilled once items arrive. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All site content is the property of FEDERAL CONCEPTS and its owners. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages beyond the purchase price of the product, including indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be handled in the Portuguese courts.
